  It’s not hard to smile. It’s not hard to respond to thank you and have a nice day. Apparently it is for the younger female. Guess it must be a miserable place to work.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store! Sam was incredibly helpful — he went above and beyond to assist my husband and me & made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to find a store where the whole team is consistently helpful and professional. Highly recommend this location!
