  Crystal is so amazing!!!! She makes my day everytime I get to see her! I have gotten to know her this year and she is an amazing young woman! Crystal has helped me out so much this year! I trust Crystal with everything I bring in. She pays attention to detail!! My business has grown because of her and the other employees. All the packages that she has packaged for me has gotten to my customers in perfect condition!! They are always impressed by the packaging. She knows what she is doing without fail. Crystal deserves a big recognition!!! Thanks Crystal!!!

  Shout out to Grace! The most friendly worker at the Avon Lake UPS store. She always makes me smile and gives the best service anyone could ask for. I don’t know her last name but she deserves recognition!! ❤️THANK YOU GRACE❤️

  The UPS store is very easy to use for shipping. The clerks are friendly. Package delivery is quick and reliable.
