  Staff is always friendly and accommodating despite busy store. Never wait more than 15min in queue to see an associate.

  The service is good, the store is dirty, dusty and the desk for in store pc use is outdated along with that chair which looks creepy and filthy. Having an air purifier at the door won't help the mud dried carpet throughout the store, it's filthy, nor the dusty canvas printer, printer, glass upper and bottom, walls and sleeves. Why let anyone walk there dogs in without a vest as a support animal. Some are allergic to their pets. Why not put a standup kiosk for PC use, they can be for little money from business auctions? All it will take is over night cleaning or whenever your closed for holidays to be open for a seriously needed deep cleaning including light fixtures, glass, POS's, and some new carpet would be an investment into your business and will boost morale for both employees and consumers alike.
