  This was my first and likely my last visit to this location. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I was polite and pleasant during my interaction, but the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism made for a very poor experience. It’s concerning to see individuals in customer service who don’t seem to value customer service. I truly hope management addresses this, as every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy.

  I went to this UPS Store to return my AT&T equipment, and the experience was awful. The moment I walked in, I was met with stone faces — no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. It honestly felt like I owed them money just for coming in. The energy in the store was cold and unwelcoming. I even said “thank you” at the end and got no response. Customer service here is terrible. A simple smile or “how can I help you?” would go a long way.

  Tried the store for the 1st time (10/19/25 at 1:20pm) due to the Eagles Landing location power being out. The blk tall gentleman present refused to scan my Amazon packages after I asked him to. He kept pointing to the kiosk, but I asked him to please scan due to not knowing how to use kiosk (there have also been issues with the kiosk at other locations …so I avoid it for that reason as well). I asked him 3 times to please scan the packages, and he continued to point to the kiosk. I’ve never experienced a refusal at other locations. He simply didn’t want to do his job— which is sad. Will never utilize this UPS again.

  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Visit this place to get some important document nortaized they messed up the paper and didnt want to provide a new one. Had to go back and forth with employee and manager about the situation and how it can be resolved. Employee kept stating he was peer pressured and to go back to where we got stuff done the last time. Employees must read what they are doing before completing anything. Will not recommend or return to this store.

  If I could give this location a -100, I would. Literally no customer service and no caring whatsover. The lady who was working at the front just doesnt seem to care like we need to beg her to help us with something. If she doesnt want to work in the front, then dont be especially if you’re gonna to always be looking like you’re mad, rude, and dont care all the time. No wonder why this place has a lot of bad reviews.
