  This place is busier than ever every single time EVERY employee has been so warm and welcoming and attentive. Very impressive. The store is the busiest store around and every time I go in there, the employees are welcoming and very helpful. I’m impressed!

  Rafael at this UPS Store (576 Birdneck Rd N, Virginia Beach, VA 23451) was extremely friendly, personable, professional, and went above and beyond from a customer service perspective. Mind you, this was at 5:45pm on a Wednesday, so he probably interacted with a bunch of miserable people prior. I would drive out of my way to go to the store to have an interaction/business with this employee.

  Please be aware there is a new person working at this UPS! He does not know how it works, I was unable to return a bed sheet set that was delivered together- top and bottom because he said there were two things in the box. if I do not return the set , I will not get credit at the department store. Unfortunately, the lady ahead of me also had issues with the gentleman. I have been going to this UPS for many years and usually it is run very efficiently. I would stay away until things are sorted out with him, I had to go to another UPS store near by and it was no problem.
