  This store used to be great. Now they have 3 African American ladies who have been rude every time I go in there. If you're white, they don't even look at you, but the African American customers they are so nice to. It's this way every time I go in there. Today, I had a qr code, didn't need a box, they wouldn't let me take it out of the box, kept arguing with me. They wanted to charge me for another box, when one wasn't needed to begin with! I let them know you don't do that. They told me come back tomorrow. From now on Kohl's can do my returns. I'd rather pay for shipping than deal with this treatment.

  Its garbage, worst service from a manager and employees. Decided to close an hour earlier than posted because someone kicked and broke glass in front door, thats understandable but you left me and 3 other ladies outside for 15 mins in the rain with 3 people working and one helping customers at the front counter. If we walked up and saw sign and no customers inside is one thing but with customers inside being helped is bad service, "we are closed for the safety of customers" but what about ones inside when this incident happened how many hours ago? The kid at front counter pointed at sign but didnt have the balls to tell us, had to go get the manager who had no explanation on why they helped those customers and not the ones in the rain. "Well maybe if that guy didnt kick in our door." Well I wonder why he did that, ive been here with amazon returns that were the same order but 2 different boxes that amazon sent and you made me pay to ship it. Believe me, I dont want to come to your garbage store, Kohls is so much better but amazon gives us no choice. Worked in retail for about 20 years, I get havong disgruntled customers but the way the manager handled it was evil. One lady begged her to please take it, she didnt even need to use the door.

  I have had great service at this location. Until December 1st. I had to return a package back to Amazon and went in. Label created. That is the furthest my tracking number shows. I have a window to get it back!!
