  I had a really bad experience at the UPS Store. The employee didn’t want to do his job—he told me that if I wanted a receipt, I had to scan my own boxes while he stood there doing nothing. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  Jeff was very helpful. He showed me 2x how to return my Amazon products with a smile of his face. Very patient. Also told me about discounts I had available to me. Very welcoming. Nice place to visit.

  This is a great place for shipping!! I needed to ship 6 large framed glass covered prints to my nephew in San Francisco. T.J. is an expert packer and all the prints arrived in perfect condition. T.J. and Jeff always help me when I have shipping and Amazon return needs. Always friendly and extremely helpful and polite. They are the best.

  I’ve arrived two mornings in a row at 830 when they say they open. Waited for 15 minutes. No one came to open the store so I left. Very frustrating and a waste of my time
