  Called to request a hold on a package at a ups location near the recipient (myself), manager/paul was convinced holds at an access point local to the recipient are impossible when package is in shipment. Its literally an advertised service on the website. He was very hard-headed and rude about it. Ups customer service was able to take care of it, but it took longer because he refused to do his job. Id suggest having mangers/owners that know the services they provide, and arent combative right out the gate.

  Best UPS store. Paul Wax does a great job helping me and all the customers around me. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy free parking. Highly recommend.

  Had a car full of items to ship, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They packed and boxed everything with care. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
