  I hope they do something to make this process more streamline. No one at the store can help me update my package or confirm signature without being home but you only deliver during business hours when others are at work!? 🤯 😭 Website won't let me do anything! Tried on phone and computer. Says I have the wrong confirmation code that was emailed to me by you. Been trying to get this business phone for weeks! Gave me a 1800 number. Call it finally get to a person and he says let me transfer you to the tracking department, 30 minutes wait! Couldn't that guy just type my number in and track it😭

  Daniel (UPS) employee, helped a lady in front of me and without sharing the details, has to be the best UPS employee I’ve ever witness across the US and Canada. His customer assistance makes me drive out of my way to come to this location!
