  Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Customer service at this location was better than any UPS or FedEx I’ve ever been to. Both the gentleman clerks were helpful and answered questions truthfully. The computer it charges $3 for 3 minutes. For my experience, this is an average rate. A printed page for black and white ink was 20 cents. Make sure to have your label ready to print to not use the computer long.

  That happen to me today, I ask for computer service to print amazon labels and I count get in my account so I expend less than a min and they charge 3 dollars, I was ok with that, no I saw my account and I have 10 charge for any service. Also The guy who was there couldn't helping me. So over charge for nothing just for say Good morning and goodbye.
