Super quick and easy mid-morning or mid-afternoon weekdays. Takes longer to park and go in than to do the entire return. Expect a line and a wait on a Saturday afternoon.

This UPS Store is convenient to get to, which I definitely appreciate. However, the duo working here tends to move extremely slowly. Yesterday, the line stretched all the way to the door, and during the entire time I waited, the man behind the counter assisted only one customer while the woman handled everyone else. Even when I left and drove past the store afterward, he was still helping the same customer he’d been with when I first arrived.
They really need to speed things up to keep the line moving more efficiently. Otherwise, the service itself is friendly, but the pace makes the experience more frustrating than it needs to be.

This is my go-to UPS Store for all my Amazon returns and shipping needs, and I’ve never received anything less than exceptional customer service. Hands down, this is probably the best UPS Store I’ve ever been to when it comes to professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness.
The staff here are consistently pleasant, patient, and genuinely happy to help. There’s one gentleman in particular—who I believe is the supervisor—who always goes above and beyond for every customer. I’ve watched him assist people countless times, and he always does it with a positive attitude and a smile, no matter how busy it gets.
It’s rare these days to find a place where excellent service feels effortless, but this location truly delivers. I highly recommend this UPS Store for anyone looking for a smooth, friendly, and stress-free experience.

They make you pack your Amazon returns In a separate box you have to pay for, on top of printing out your own labels. Assuming you have one. Completely insane.

Went in to drop off a package that was already paid for by Mercari and this location couldn’t scan the QR code because their system didn’t recognize it. So instead of printing the label that came with the QR code due to the inconvenience of the scanners, I had to pay out of pocket since they refused to print the same label that was already paid for with the QR code. This was so ridiculous, I’ve come in multiple times with nothing wrong with the QR code until today.
