  Just wanted to drop a note to say thanks to Mark and the team at UPS Store Ocean Ave. I have done business with this UPS Store for many years. Some of those years, I was on the road and needed them to send me my mail, check my box and accommodate my needs in different ways. Mark and the staff here are always there to help in any way they can. Their professionalism and excellent service have made it a pleasure to do business here. Highly recommended!

  Dennis was the best! He went above and beyond to help me with my Amazon return. I didn’t know the item needed to be packed and I didn’t have the long tube type packaging that’ll fit it. Dennis was so kind to offer to help me pack it in a packaging he had and spared me a trip and scouring for a packaging material!

  Can in after making an appointment for a notary. I/we had our service dogs with us who are well trained. I just had knee surgery Wednesday that week. He first said they could not stay. I told him they are registered service dogs. After refusing to notarize our documents! Dogs were told to sit and down stay, they did immediately. A woman can in with her dog and he said nothing to her about her dog! My husband told him that he sees unfair treatment about dogs. His name is Dennis, he refused to provide us in writing his full name!
