    We had to ship a 5000 dollar computer from Alaska to the lower 48 and were very worried about it arriving damaged. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and told us they had a guy who would pack it for us who had done this kind of thing before. When we received our computer it was packed extremely well by him and was in tip-top condition. Thank you to everyone at the UPS store!

    EDITED: The reply below is nothing but false promises. I've emailed and called them and they never do anything to help. Waste of money. Mostly terrible customer service. Usually behind on all mail and blame it on USPS. Actively changing my address and putting up a locking box because this is a horrible excuse for a business.

    Use their services with caution. I would gladly change this review if this situation gets resolved but right now the service itself and customer service is subpar. We paid over $100 to ship a package for a two day delivery. This UPS store then marked it to get shipped through USPS. It never arrived at USPS. It has been a week. They have been reluctant to return calls and look into what happened to the package. It was explained to us that there was most likely an issue in delivery from their store to USPS but we are being told we have to wait 30 days for it to be considered lost even thoughit was supposed to arrive at the destination in 2 days. Do our understanding is there is no further research and assistance from UPS and we hope the package shows up somehow in the next 30 days. It is a pretty valuable package that needed to be delivered quickly so it is not a great situation for us.
