    I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the UPS Store on Jett Ferry Road in Dunwoody consistently disappoints. The employees seem openly irritated by the basic act of providing customer service — as if helping customers is an inconvenience rather than their job. Every Amazon return feels like pulling teeth. There’s no greeting, no smile, and definitely no effort to make the process smoother or friendlier

    Although I think their charges are a little high, I know the people working there have no control over that. But I have found them to be efficient, polite, and knowledgeable.

    Used to be great. New ownership. Terrible service. Don’t bother. Employees can be incompetent !!!! I’ve personally witnessed them losing packages delivered there for pick up.
