You need to do better. This is the craziest and worst interaction I HAVE EVER had with UPS. I needed a package delivered very quickly. I paid for overnight air to receive this package which was needed for a “no miss.” Event. Due to aircraft delays in NY, the package was delayed. But arrived at THE PROCESSING CENTER in VB the morning that I needed it. No problem, figured I could pick up in person. The customer service line, which connected me to a nice lady in India, could not help me. She referred me to your UPS store. I went to your store, all I needed was the location of the Virginia Beach processing center, where my package had been scanned…the staff was totally clueless where packages go after they leave your store. The have absolutely zero concept how the UPS SYSTEM works, despite having UPS emblazoned on their uniforms. When I asked for help, I was referred to the same team in India that couldn’t help me. They can’t tell me where the processing center is. When I inquired from your team to take me through the process of how they receive a package and ship it, presumably to the VB Processing Center, I might has well have been talking to a wall, that mouth breathes, and has a vacant look in its eye. So then I figured out, there is a customer service line store employees can call to locate a package, but since it wasn’t their package (I’m only your customer, and have been for years), they refused to call big UPS because apparently they’ll get into “trouble.” What the heck are you guys doing, and why should I ever use your store ever again to send packages? Your guys have zero clue how UPS works…I’ll find another store where the employees understand what happens with packages…even if it means I have to drive further to another FRANCHISE! TERRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Your team comes to work everyday ships and receives packages all day long, and to them it’s pure magic.
