  Twice I've made appointments within a week for the notary services and after receiving confirmations via email and texts, waiting in long lines, no notary is on duty during my appointment time. Or even that day! Completely unreliable store.

  The UPS store on Great Neck road is terrific. The man that was there was friendly, fast and efficient. It was super easy to take care of my return

  Same experience as Don. I actually CALLED the day before and inquired whether they would be open Sunday 8/3 from 10 am to 3 pm (see attached of hours). The man on the phone said they would be from 10 am to 3 pm. I arrived on Sunday, 8/3 at 12:15. Sure enough, they were CLOSED. And this is the “new” management which is heavily advertised on their storefront?? This is a poor way to start things off.
