    Visited on this Sunday morning and the staff member working was exceptional. She was all alone, handling a steady line with speed, patience and professionalism. She answered questions clearly, double checked labels, and treated every customer with respect. Really impressive service and a great experience at this UPS Store.

    I was out of town for a week and didn't want pharmaceuticals sitting on my porch, so I paid $5.99 to have the package held at this UPS Store. I showed up tonight at 6:58pm and the door was locked. Employees inside just shook their head while continuing to do business with other customers. This package will now be returned to sender tomorrow, and I'll have to reorder and pay for shipping again. Absolutely rude.
