I’m currently working as an au pair in nyc and I’m experiencing a lot of new things - including figuring out how to return a package here. Unfortunately, the customer service at the store was so rude that I left in tears because of how condescending the employee was. Sadly, I don’t know his name - otherwise, I would mention it publicly.
I even asked him to explain what I did wrong so I could do it right next time, but he completely ignored me. The people in line behind me actually comforted me and apologized for his behavior, which was really kind of them. But this kind of behavior isn’t okay. I truly hope he doesn’t take his frustration out on other innocent people in the future. I work with kids, and even on bad days, I would never take my frustration out on them.

They make you log into your personal email from their computer to print the docum nt you want. Really not safe, No other way to retrieve the document

Came here to see the store hours, and saw all the negative reviews. I have been coming here for over 2 years. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. If you are complaining about being charged and not being prepared with tape, a printed label etc, keep in mind that this is a business. They can’t do things for free - if your returns clearly say that you need your things taped and labels printed, have your things taped and labels printed…
