Unfortunately, the customer service at the store was so rude that I left in tears because of how condescending the employee was. Sadly, I don’t know his name - otherwise, I would mention it publicly. I even asked him to explain what I did wrong so I could do it right next time, but he completely ignored me. The people in line behind me actually comforted me and apologized for his behavior, which was really kind of them. But this kind of behavior isn’t okay. I truly hope he doesn’t take his frustration out on other innocent people in the future. I work with kids, and even on bad days, I would never take my frustration out on them.

They can’t do things for free - if your returns clearly say that you need your things taped and labels printed, have your things taped and labels printed…
