    I have been going to this location for the last three years and I’ve had great experiences until today. I stopped by to return a few Amazon packages and a young 20ish looking-girl who was doing nothing when we walked in and she called me over. I apologized for how many packages I had but when she noticed how many packages I had, she sighed like I’d just asked her to carry the boxes to Texas. I get it, everyone has long days, but a little courtesy goes a long way. I accidentally made a mistake and apologized and she literally ROLLED HER EYES and let out ANOTHER SIGH. As a fellow young girl, this highly offended me. Friendly service is what keeps people coming back. Let’s be real, I am the reason you have a job to begin with. Here’s hoping UPS sprinkles a little extra training and customer service sparkle on this location especially on its younger generation who showed nada respect. Next time I will be going to Whole Foods to return packages. BOYCOTT 👎👎👎👎
