  I frequent the UPS location on the corner of 18th at & 7th. The team at this location is attentive and always willing to go out of their way to accommodate. There are shipping options that are less expensive, but I choose to use UPS (and specifically this location) due to the customer service and experience. Shout out to the store manager, Miguel who has a phenomenal work ethic and glowing personality!

  $5 to print a one page black and white label even though they charge 45 cents to print literally anything else. There's no sign and they don't ask for $5 until the very end. Strongly recommend to print at home. Or to request a one page 45 cent print. To be clear, their scammy "Full service printing fee" is not a packaging service. They did not pack, tape, do anything except print one page. "Full service" actually means "fool's service." There's a more prominent sign with their email address telling you where to send printable documents and no mention of fees on that sign.

  This never opens on time.. way past 11am on a Sunday. Massive line of people waiting. Don’t come here when it opens.

  I have visited this UPS regularly for over 5 years and can't say enough about the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of the associates working here. I've stopped by other UPS facilities over the years, but this one is my favorite. I was relieved when they moved from the smaller location across the street to where they are now, much more space for both patrons and associates. At first I thought they were leaving altogether when they were making that move and was worried. Anyway, great shop, great people! Highly recommend!
