  I love the UPS on 3rd Ave!! They always take such great care of me. Mo took over operations and he totally turned this place around - it opens on time and they always greet me with a smile. I love their flexibility. Great place.

  Terrible experience this morning. Rushed to get there shortly after scheduled 8:30 store opening.. Store not opened line of people outside waiting left around 845.

  Came in on a Sunday about 2 hours before closing , I noticed there was a very entitled customer who skipped the line and was very rude to the female associate behind the counter. Regardless of this the associate was very straight forward letting the woman know she has to wait on line to be helped while still being very welcoming and kind to the rest of us on line. Multiple of us on the line asked the woman as well to let her finish with us and even as the customer raised her voice and threw out insults , the young woman stayed very professional and helpful. I feel this associate deserves a shout out since I don’t know how many people can keep their cool while still maintaining a smile on their face with other guest. She handled the tension 10/10 and for that I give 5 stars.
