    Beware, they charge $5 for printing a label from email for Amazon returns.

    UPS charges 5$ to print one paper label , While FedEx charges only 3cents for it. And UPS computer must be made of gold, Every 5min they charge 2.5$. UPS is really good at Rob money from helpless customer.

    They lost my package, and after submitting a claim they have made me comeback more than 3 times and still no answer from them or customer service. If you have an option, go with another service.
