    I don’t even know why I bother to come to this location anymore because the customer service has always been horrible. They’re always rude and never helpful when it comes to shipping. On 09/18 I brought in some clothing I needed to return, I asked a young lady what box would work the best and she went to grab this older gentleman that informed me I would have to pay for a box so it didn’t matter. I told him that I knew I needed to pay for the box I just need to know which one would fit the items the best in. After going back and forth with him the young lady scans my QR code and box and as I was about to pay I saw an extra $6 was added on top of the box price I asked her what was the charge for? She told me it was for them to tape the box and put the items in side of the box. I told her I would just come back and to only charge me for the box. I then returned on 09/23 to ship my box off and the gentleman I worked with couldn’t bring up my information to print off. I told him what happened on 09/18 and he asked me if I got my label and I told him no she didn’t give me anything, I just told her I would be back and she said okay. Apparently she never canceled the transaction and in the system it looked as if I already dropped it off so they couldn’t reprint the label. He told me I needed to contact the company that I bought my shipping label through because UPS can’t do anything about it. Even after I let him know that the company I’m shipping the items back to they don’t have a customer service number and are only online 100% he said “well idk what to tell you I’m not pulling the money out of my pocket to ship It off” I then asked for the managers information and he told me the manager wouldn’t be able to help me either because he’s only been with UPS for 2-3 years while he’s worked with the company for 10 so I just needed to call and get a new label made. After I left I reached out to the company that I was returning my items to and couldn’t get in touch with a real person only an AI bot. So I finally called UPS customer service directly. They directed me to this AMAZING lady in Clarksville at the Customer Center who not only reprinted my label for me but also apologized for the huge mess that this location made.
