    I was NEXT in line to be helped and the lady behind the counter INSISTED I use the kiosk for an Amazon return..even walked me over there. I decided to only return 1 of the 2 items and apparently it was “my fault” because a receipt didn’t print from the kiosk. So she wanted me to take a pic of a code on the package IN CASE I DON’T get my return REFUNDED. And if that happens, this store can’t help me..I will have to call Amazon. (Wow..what a major inconvenience) I asked her to cancel my entire return and of course she couldn’t do that either. I have never had poor or difficult service in here and this was ridiculous. If I want to stand in line and have my return processed thru the clerk I should be allowed to do so without the pressure of using the kiosk. This entire ordeal had me in there way longer than just standing in line and waiting my turn. Do better. Terrible experience
