  Mike was the person who took care of me that day at store 3591 in Duarte, CA -- Fri 8/29. He was the epitome of what customer service should be -- everywhere, always. I was under a super tight time constraint, while dealing with a lot of moving pieces and emotionally involved in my whole process..... He absolutely hands down did an A-mazing job!   Staff was very kind and helpful with my belongings! Great communication by email/phone! I wish this UPS Store was in Agoura Hills so I could go here for all my shipping/packaging needs
