    The owner/manager I think her name in Nancy or whatever her name tag says is super sarcastic for no reason! Literally with an Amazon return since the package is slightly bigger than their scale she wanted to charge a customer who WALKED to the store $1 for one piece of tape and then followed to say “don’t you have a credit card” to a customer!! The lady didn’t bring anything she literally just walked to the store to return Amazon stuff where the shipping is free anyways and I’ve never heard in any UPS charging $1 for a piece of tape..then the lady says “he probably won’t take it but you can leave it here” It’s not about the money it’s the principle I recruit employees for a business and I definitely would recruit the young gentleman that was working there today, but that lady…how are you proud of doing business so rudely? Go to ANY OTHER UPS THAN THIS ONE, DONT SPEND YOUR TIME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED SOME HELP

    One star is seriously being too kind for this store.They charge everything,with ridiculously high price. Package sealed without tape? 2 dollars gone. Use 10 second of their pc? Another 3 dollar. You hvae to be a real geak and ready for everything before you step in this horrible store.

    Showed up to get a copy of a ID front and back on the same page. The lady with the bifocals printed out two pages because she doesn’t understand simple instructions. Then I try to correct her, where she makes another page the right way. then tries to charge me for three copies because she just cut the other paper and copied both them together. Once I told her I was not paying for that because it’s not my fault She did not do it correctly the first time. She then started speaking to the other employees loudly while I was walking away trying to be disrespectful, saying that I should pay for something that she messed up, Which is three sheets of paper not that big of a deal, but that’s definitely not a way to speak to a customer. I could clearly show her a YouTube video on how to do it, but that’s not my job to train an employee on how to use a copy machine. . It’s not my fault to tell me that I’m wrong - like I can’t do it at my own office. Which I will now, but thanks. Accountability is important in the real world. And I’m not paying for something because she doesn’t have common sense to use Google or ask for assistance from senior employees. Bug life

    Rude staff combined with UPS policy of gouging customers $1 for a piece of tape and $3 to print a label is why I avoid UPS at all costs
