I think this UPS store is FANTASTIC!! It is my go to UPS store!!
Everytime I have been in there in the past 5 years it is clean, organized and the people are ALWAYS friendly and helpful!! If there is a line it is worked through quickly and I have had no issues with any of my packages I have sent through them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a package to ship and the 2 clerks working didn’t acknowledge me when I entered the building because they were having their own private conversation. After about 20 seconds the young lady finally motioned me over, no hello, no asking what I needed. During the quick drop off there was no eye contact and the two clerks continued their own conversation. It was awkward. Management should review customer service expectations with staff because this was unprofessional.

So I had a package that was supposed to arrive between 12:15pm and 4:15pm today. Around 2:30pm I check the tracking and it said that my address did not exist. So I went to go and fix it, and my address was correct. So I retyped it and sent that in. The tracking website said that my "address change request" was received and that they are working on it. 6:30pm rolls around and there are no updates. So I decided to call to see if I could get an update or figure out what's going on. I fought with the robot for about 5-10 minutes before I was finally put through to humans. I was placed on hold, and was told that the wait time was 22 minutes. It is now 6:40pm, meaning that the location closes in 20 minutes. I decided to stay on hold anyway just in case. No one picked up. It is now 7:13pm and I am still on hold despite the location being closed. I just wanted an update, and no one could be bothered to answer the phone or at least take my number when they closed to call back tomorrow morning.

Web site and automated system tells me to wait for my medical supplies till 7pm, if I don't receive package call back tomorrow or check site. 7 days is way too long to wait for my supplies, NOT HAPPY!
