  This location is the definition of cutting corners. They have two registers but only one person working, no matter how long the line gets. I waited way too long with zero acknowledgment from the staff—not even a simple “thanks for your patience.” To make it worse, I came in for notary services only to be told after I waited that their notary commission had expired. No apology, no alternative suggestion, no effort to help—just a shrug and “we don’t have it anymore.” If you’re looking for efficiency, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about customer time or experience.

  If I could give a zero, I would have. It is Saturday just before noon. There is a sign taped to the door, "Sorry for the inconvenience. Back in 20 minutes." Useless sign since you have zero idea WHEN the 20 minutes began or will end. It's a total waste of time and an incredibly stupid way to conduct a business.

  The owner of the store, who is also the main receiver of packages is the rudest person I’ve ever met in the customer service industry. I asked him nicely on how to track a package that was last scanned in his store, and he responded without any courtesy or offer to help in locating the package. He just dismissed me by saying call UPS .
