  They are working so slowly 🐌, everything time I need something there will wait for at least 25 minutes and always one person work there

  I have had 2 recent packages sent to Germantown location. I got the notification of delivery, but when I arrived to pick up the packages I am told they were not received. I have changes my delivery location.

  The staff seem nice, but UPS should not advertise notary services when they are not actually available. I showed up at 2 p.m. with a document to notarize. I was told that the notary was available from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. When I came back at 5:10 p.m. the notary was still not there. I was told "Sometimes the notary is here between 5:30 and 7, sometimes between 6 and 7. Best to call first." Very frustrating.
