  The best customer service mister Mark is very friendly and make you feel welcome and special, he’s always smile 😊 in my personal opinions his attitude is the best for customers service value.

  Went in to return 2 pairs of shoes and was told they needed to be in separate boxes. I ordered them together and they came in 2 separate boxes. When I scanned to return the scan shoes both pairs. No way I can scan separately. I understand the issue but being a UPS store they couldn't offer me a used box?? I know they have them. That would have been great customer service, but nope. Didn't even offer to sell me a box! Customer service severely lacking. Will def be using another location from here on out

  If you have your own business like I do, don’t go here and drop off your usps packages. The postal lady said you’re only allowed to drop off 5 packages because she’s too lazy to do her job. More than 5 packages are just too much work for her to scan. I really liked this place, but I’ll have to go elsewhere.

  DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE. VERY SLIMY. I have been dropping off golf clubs to be shipped with a prepaid label for my business for almost a year and although all my boxes are standard 48" length, they would claim the overall length would bulge out (only lengthwise) and I would have my bill "adjusted" (increased) at a later date. I then started having to cut each of my boxes down just to suffice their demands, and had them confirm on each individual box that it was not over the length (keep in mind they will not let you know it is over length in person unless you make them check). After months of having to repeat this process, they have now decided to "adjust" in the width and height directions as well (keeping in mind I have been doing absolutely nothing different in those directions). They have repeatedly looked for ways to overcharge and I am absolutely tired of it. From now on, I will not be leaving a package without a confirmation of weight, height, length, and width. They just want to nickel and dime you without you noticing.
