    Went to the Greensburg PA store for the first time. I went to this store because it was closer. I'll never go there again. The girl waiting on me had a snarky attitude. I'll continue to use the Irwin PA store. It's farther away but at least they know how to treat their customers.

    This is honestly the best store to ship stuff out of and help with anything that has to deal with the businesses. I would highly recommend going to this store for all your packing and shipping needs. The staff are friendly and funny and extremely helpful.

    9/9/25 tried to return a package that had somebody's name on the package that did not live at that address. Was told I could call a number but if they took the package back it would just come back to our address. This is not like the United States postal service who will return to sender. They told me to call the number or throw it away!! Makes me definitely think twice about shipping anything UPS! Customers try to do the right thing but UPS does not!
