The guy at the counter wanted to leave the stickers next to my packages instead of putting them on, right after messing up which sticker goes on which package right in front of me. I asked him to stick it on, so I’m not worried about my packages, but otherwise, they are set up to make mistakes. 🤷♀️ Please put the stickers on the packages before you hand us a receipt! This is just common sense.

Normally the guys who work here don’t give me a hard time but Lisa became argumentative over tape even though the box I was dropping off didn’t need tape. Lisa switched from charging me a $1 for tape to doing it for free to charging me again her unstableness and need to argue with me didn’t only seem pathologically and bizarre but unprofessional and abusive. When I asked Matthew the other associate for assistance he was just as bad as Lisa and was denying me help. I asked for the owners information which they both refused to give to me instead they gave me Nitins contact information but they told me nitin hardly stops by and they couldn’t give me his contact information. After I walked out Lisa’s older male friend walked in and leered at me from the inside of ups it looked like they were plowing petty and telling him what happened with me even though Lisa and Matthew antagonized me. The way the events unfolded looked strange. It’s unfortunate that ups hires individuals who disrespect customers and abuse them over a piece of tape. I also got the vibe that Lisa feels entitled as a white woman to start arguments and demean people Matthew is the same way.
