  Excellent service provided by Meredith with a complicated printing job. She was respectful, has super computer skills and kept me informed about each step of my project. She was so helpful to the customers and never seemed hurried or impatient even when the store was very busy. I hope her employer realizes what an asset Meredith is to their business.

  Could not get my printer to work for a Bible study. Went to the White Bear location and Jackson was Extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He printed out my Bible study for me the night before it was due. The UPS store in White Bear is so fortunate to have this young man working for them!!! Thank you very much Jackson.

  The lady working was extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in and should have taken the rating on this store seriously. She kept changing the price of sending my package, said I was not getting tracking and the other team member couldn’t help me with out her knowledge of what was happening even when she was helping someone else.

  So impressed with all aspects of our White Bear Lake UPS store. I have used them for many things in the past but as of recent, I used them to print out baby shower invitations and games. The quality and price were outstanding. Taylor went above and beyond to help me get everything just right and the turnaround time was under 24 hours. I know the pictures off of my phone aren't going to do them justice but wanted to post them for reference.
