  We had some special parts to pack ready for collection and Adrian was very helpful in completing the pallet for pick-up. It would be a 5 star, but the bill at $650.00 I thought was high.

  Asked if they could do a notary today, they said yes, arrived 5 minutes later and they closed the store for whatever reason for 3 hours... like why couldn't you say something when I called...

  La peor experiencia. No me quisieron entregar un paquete a nombre de otra persona a pesar de aclarar en el Mail de confirmación de envío que para hacerlo solo necesitaba el nro de orden. Pero lo peor fue la poca cooperación de su gerente Stephen Arslanian que no supo ni siquiera mostrarme el por qué de dicha determinacion. Qué loco comprarse algo y no poder retirarlo. Pésima atención y trato no volvería nunca a pisar esa oficina. Y gente muy maleducada.

  For all of you that are shocked there is a fee for using this location inside a hotel, it's the norm. So please take that info into account as you decide to go here. For those in the hotel its convenient and well run - I worked with Mimi and Jennifer and they were friendly and got everything entered ok - my box arrived a day early. The hours (10-6) are short considering they're working with folks in the hotel who may be coming for work, so that would be my negative feedback.
