  It seems as though Bruce, the owner, only wants your business if you have an easy drop off. Anything that requires multiple scans, or is remotely heavy is an unwelcome transaction met with frustration and attitude. Outside of Bruce, the staff is friendly and helpful.

  The UPS Store at 2014 Edgewater Drive in Orlando FL was extremely fast and professional. We had complex document notarization and shipping requirements and want to especially thank Jonathan Royal for going above-and-beyond to make sure everything was done right.
