    Mother went in today to ship two boxes out for Christmas and put one box on the scale and never weighed or measured the other box. Immediately he told her it would be 100.00 dollars. Then he “estimated” both boxes at 67.00 and they both ended up being over 80.00. The older gentleman kept trying to push her into shipping one or two days. I will ask for a price list for weight and size for now on when I go into this store and they better weight and measure my packages correctly. I will not be taken advantage of and I won’t have my 80 year old mother abused either!

    Came in to this location the other day, man at the front desk was very rude and completely unhelpful. Will take the extra time to drive into Omaha from now on if I ever need to go back.

    I can't say enough good things about this store. The two guys that work here are the best! I dropped off a package today, then realized I wasn't supposed to mail it. I went back to see what could be done, it was a couple of hours after I dropped it off. Of course it was all ready picked up. They were so helpful, they called the hub in South Omaha and talked with a great person, Lisa. She called me later and said she had the package, I went and picked it up. They worked so well as a team, I was very impressed. When someone else could have said it's been shipped and they couldn't do anything. These two great guys and an awesome lady teamed up to get me my package back. Thank you UPS.
