Barb is a star, as well as the two gentlemen working the front. The computers & printers are in good working condition & its easy to come in, sit down, and print whatever you need to print quickly. Be patient when you arrive, as this is the only ups store in Hudson & looks like the hub of everything. They are efficient and careful getting your packages where they need to be and how they need to be. I had a project that required printing, lamination, & special paper. The staff took the time to help, show different paper options, printing options, and explained banner-printing options. Highly recommended!
- DBDouglas BellSep 6, 20251.0I came in to store to complete a drop off of 31 boxes. When I asked the employee where I can put them, his response was rude at best. He first claimed they wouldn’t have room for them and then after i insisted, he instructed me to place them on the conveyor. He then told me the pickup driver wouldn’t be happy which I thought was interesting as UPS is in fact a shipping company. He then questioned me as to why I didn’t call for a pickup and instead brought the packages into the store to drop off. I informed him that this would result in another charge and I didn’t want to pay that. Overall it was evident in his comments and actions that although he was at work, he was upset he had to work.
