  I'm truly shocked at any comment saying the employees are friendly, I've been in there multiple times a week and they don't say hi, they don't acknowledge you at all if you're doing anything other than needing UPS help, and honestly I've never even seen them smile. I dread going in but it's my closest ups. Maybe the owners should look into some costumer service classes for the employees, just a thought.

  A service fee to print a return label? Then the associate asked me to go get it off the printer for him. Meanwhile their fax machine would not work.
