The one near Safeway , withheld my mail even though I was paid in advance multiple months for a box , because I left a yelp review he didn’t like. Told me he would not give me my mail until I removed my negative review. This was a few years ago but they still own the same store. Also, once I did remove the review, he gave me only the junk mail and the rest of my mail he “ returned to sender” just to be an extra a hole. I don’t think what he did was even legal but they have connections with the corporate office being a franchise and owning several locations. Terrible people. I’m glad this one is not owned by them! The other on on Elk Grove and Waterman is just terrible for other reasons. It’s turned over ownership multiple times. Low on staff and the only guy they ever have working, is extremely annoying when helping you. He helps others in line behind you while he’s helping you and makes it longer for you to complete what you’re there for. On top of he loves to tap his fingers everywhere on everything. Just irritates me. They also tried charging me $75 for a Canadian stamp 🤣. To ship a letter to Canada. I left and went to the post office and it cost less than $2. They are scammers.
