  I visited the UPS Store in Downtown Houston while I was in the city to renew my passport. I needed help with some postal documents for my appointment, and Sheena was incredibly helpful! Her service was excellent, clear, and very kind. Thanks to her assistance, everything went smoothly. I returned to Kansas with my passport renewal approved and a great impression—not only of the UPS Store, but also of the beautiful city of Houston, Texas. Highly recommend this location and Sheena’s outstanding customer service!

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store! Cynthia helped me notarize nine documents while also assisting several other customers at the same time. She was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. Even though the store was busy, she stayed calm and efficient, making sure everyone was taken care of.   Yesterday, my husband and I urgently needed to print a document within 10 minutes, but we also had to edit it first. Unfortunately, the computer was out of order, and we were feeling quite anxious. A staff member named Hussein (I believe that’s his name) kindly listened to our situation and quickly brought out a laptop from the back office to help us. He helped with us throughout the process, ensuring we could edit and print the document in time. Thanks to his support, we made it to our appointment without delay.   I've been using The UPS Store at 945 McKinney St for ages, and they’ve always been great. But lately? They’ve kicked it up a notch and achieved legendary status. As a boutique brand owner, my life is a beautiful mess of small-batch production and last-minute printing needs. They've been incredibly accommodating with my truly unhinged deadlines.
