  We used the pack and ship services to ship some family treasures from Iowa to Connecticut. Even though the shop was very busy when I dropped the items off, the staff was courteous and helpful. All items were well wrapped and packaged, and everything arrived in a timely manner and in very good shape.

  I went in to drop off a package that was a return to Amazon. Very routine, I have sold on Ebay for 16 years now. The older women refused to scan my package. She wanted me to pay for a print from my email. I don't know what you charge to print one page, and the box was a simple scan. I won't be back.
