    This is my go to UPS store and I usually have good quick service. But today there was a tall young man with dark hair who was extremely condescending because I didn’t click on my phone as quickly as he thought I should. It would be nice if employees were helpful when it comes to those things because that’s their job! Every company has a different return process and it’s a little confusing at times. A little patience and understanding would go along way from him.

    I regularly go to this store, mostly to drop off returns from my MANY attempts at retail therapy. I have to say, all the associates at the store are extremely helpful, mild mannered and polite. Their services are clearly stated and they are extremely helpful with their suggestions. I know a number of people have mentioned prices are higher than USPS, and well, that has to be, correct? Plus I am sure the store does not decide prices, corporate UPS does. In either case, the associates and the owner is always suggesting ways to save money (suggesting the best way to send something while also saving money!). I truly appreciate everyone at this store and their services!

    Ever since Kohls closed and the Amazon returns were diverted to this store, they have done a great job managing that and accommodating long lines with multiple staff who are ready to help you. While I find prices too high for shipping, I have used them for other services from notary to Xerox copies. They are accommodating and their customer service is great. Highly recommend.
