  If the employee has to do anything besides scan a package they are useless and will dissappear to not work. Other ups stores go above and beyond and take the package and reprint the label themselves since it's already in your system. This ups has lazy employees. The ups stores with the scanner that you can leave packages without human interaction work better than the employees at this ups. But I appreciate you trying to make me look like a bad customer. This also isn't my first bad interaction at this UPS.

  This store was really impressive today. I waited until the last minute before it closed to return some items, and so did about ten other people. They kept the doors open and kept working hard until everybody was taken care of. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and there were about 10 people in front of me. Mike was awesome helping me work through my Amazon returns! Will definitely keep coming back!

  We LOVE this store! Truly feels like a neighborhood UPS. My two young sons love going to visit Manny! He is professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He even remembers my son by name! We probably ship things from this store weekly and have never had a bad experience.
