  If you want to see EXCELLENCE in action, go to this UPS Store location; 3155 Bluestem Dr #102, West Fargo, ND 58078, and see Chase. I was having an overload of a day yesterday. There were far too many things to do including dropping off many items for amazon returns. I felt very badly coming in at the last minute with all of those returns. Chase was such a professional, he kept saying, "Oh that is just not a problem". Then, proceeded to whip through all of those returns so fast it was a blur. WOW. This is at the end of the day, about to close, and Chase was cool as a cucumber. THANK YOU CHASE! You are astounding. Give him a RAISE. $$

  Love this store and all the helpful employees! Had some big boxes and Sid was right there with a cart to help me get them in the store!! Now that’s customer service at its finest. Thank you for all you do!

  This store is my go-to for sending my returns in. It doesn't matter who helps me, they are always friendly and efficient and patient (ha ha)!

  I'm so glad to have met Sarah at a bridal show and to hear about services available for wedding invites, programs, poster boards, etc., When it was time to use her services, she was always so pleasant and helpful with my printing needs. She offered suggestions and samples to make sure we were happy before anything went to print. She has a calming presence about her that I knew we were in good hands and everything turned out beautifully for my daughter's wedding.
