    Brought a tapeless box less return from Amazon and I was borderline yelled at to have tape or they were going to charge me Super rude, no customer service. Walked in and they said “what do you need” in a snarky voice. Will never use this ups again

    They have no service in their store. Tell you to join the guest Wi-Fi to get connection, but they said that they don’t know the password to the guest Wi-Fi not really sure how that helps them as a business when people are constantly coming in to ship things and using their cell phone to know that information possibly. The guy was very rude and acted like it was my issue even though his store was the one that didn’t know their password.
