  Scam location. Charged 15 for a pickup since they are a franchise location. I would stay away from this location and UPS in general.

  Jordan, Nevin and their coworkers are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted by name with such warmth that it feels like visiting friends rather than running an errand. Every visit is marked by professional service, genuine kindness, and an attention to detail that makes everything easy. They’re not only efficient and reliable, but also go out of their way to help. I’m so grateful for the care they show—truly the best UPS store.

  If you just absolutely have to ship something out at a UPS I guess it works. But even if you use their services, they’re pretty rude or short with the customers. Especially rude if you’re just dropping off Amazon packages. Don’t need any help with anything either because they will just brush you off.
