  Would not recommend using this UPS store. Terrible service, terrible management, and a sketchy location. Outrageously priced box rentals.

  I’ve had a few experiences at this UPS Store that left me feeling a bit disappointed. The staff could benefit from better training, especially when it comes to being attentive and communicating clearly with customers. My mother, who has a hearing disability, struggled during a recent visit because the employees weren’t very vocal or accommodating. It’s important for businesses to be mindful of accessibility and ensure their team is competent and prepared to assist all kinds of customers. There’s definitely room for improvement here.

  We were customers at this location for 5 years, and recently moved so we had to stop services. I want to especially shout out Callum, who helped us time and again with notary services, packages, and other things. He even once retrieved a freshly delivered package during a busy holiday weekend when he could have very easily said to come back Monday. That was going above and beyond. A+ service man, keep up the good work!

  HUNTER MILLS IS A GREAT ASSOCIATE AT THE UPS VERY SMART AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON WHEN I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR ISSUES ABOUT ANYTHING HE KNOWS WHAT TO DO. GREATLY APPRECIATED.
