  This place is the greatest Frank and Jason were so helpful. I'm old and partly blind, and they made me feel welcome.And solve all my problems. So kind. So professional, it's a complete opposite of the u. P s store on cambridge road in woburn, they're terrible people in that store.They screwed up my birth certificate and made me pay a second time because the notary forgot her initial. not here, these guys are polished And professionals, my go to place. You can't miss they eclipse any competition. Thank you so much, guys. I'll be back for sure.I'll bring company too

  The employees there go well above and beyond for customers!! Not many places today have ANY customer services nevermind 5 star support. THANKS GUYS!

  I have been to several UPS stores from East Boston to Woburn and this one is the BEST! The customer service is great- I wish I got the guys name bc he could multitask AND stay friendly - all while working quickly! I don't live in the area but If I did- this would be my go-to location. They have plenty of parking and even have 3- 15 min parking spots right in front. Convenient if my hands are full!
