I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. When I went to drop off my package, the staff were unprofessional and made fun of me while speaking in another language — which I understood. It was very disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable and upset. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better behavior from their employees.

These guys will give you false hope and false delivery dates. Sent a very important Document out overnight next day air. Didn't get there for 4 day went from Omaha to Kentucky to Charlotte to Greensboro back to Charlotte now out for delivery. Very pissed off.

I dropped off 12 packages on Wednesday October 8th. When the packages did not arrive to their final destination I submitted a claim to UPS. A few hours later I decided to call the store I dropped the packages off at. Come to find out the store never sent the packages!!! They didn't ship all 12 of my packages!! They were still sitting in their store. Why didn't anyone notify me? Why did they do this? DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! The store shipped my packages only after my complaint, but now my customer is now canceling their order and shipping it all back to me because it was late getting to them. I lost a large sale because of this stores inability or unwillingness to ship items as they are supposed to. Absolutely horrible customer service. During my call, they acted very nonchalant about the whole situation. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

Worst UPS store in town. I visited the store on three different occasions and every time I visit the store there's an issue. There's no customer service today. I simply asked them if I could use the tape they made a problem about me using the tape I was taping a package. That's all I was doing. The lady just was having a bad day and took it out on a customer she went as far as telling me that she worked there part-time basically didn't really care unbelievable.
