  I had 5 packages already with postage on the boxes. I told the gentleman I had to make several trips to car to get them in. The young man was very accommodating. The older man with a beard was very rude and accused me of breaking line. Confronted me about it and told me in no uncertain terms never do that again. I did not break line. I was bringing all my packages in. Would have brought them in all at once if I could have. Having a smart ass working for you is not helping your business. You don't have to worry about being accused of breaking line again because my packages will be dropped off at pak mail

  I came into the store and Chris the store manager was extremely rude and obnoxious to me. He has helped me other times as well and he's never been this rude to me . I had a return which was supposed to be a free return and he was very rude and short about the process. The label I had was not able to be scanned so he said in a very rude tone you need to go print the label get a box and bring it back to me. If you want me to do it it will cost you 7 dollars. I then told him this is supposed to be a free return I understand about the box I can get a shipping bag then I said it's not cool that you all are charging 3 dollars to print the label just my opinion my observation. He then said I'm not a freebie store I'm in business to make money so you can go to another UPS store also in a very rude and obnoxious manner . I was never rude or obnoxious to him and after he said that I asked for the manager over him. Then he proceeded to lie on me and say I was bad mouthing your store and arguing with him which I did not do at no point. I said how was I bad mouthing your store ? He had no answer he was looking silly. Then he said it was because I said you all shouldn't charge 3 dollars to print the label. He is rude and obnoxious and I understand a person having a bad day but I don't think it was that at all I think what he did was intentional because he is tired of me making returns when I have every right to when my order is not what I expected or paid my money for. And I did let him know I will post my experience with him on Facebook and in my review . I honestly think he was offended by my shirt that said to God be the Glory because he was so upset and rude for no reason today.

  Very bad service, visit it today, and it was the worst thing that bad customer service, workers are abusive and disrespect you.

  Just left. Store close at 3 but they lock doors before that and won’t let you in even though you there right before closing.

  The older employee who works in the store on County line Road is very rude and he is not friendly I do not want anyone to lose their job but he needs to treat the customers better. He knows people will come in and he needs to be more friendly. Other than that the store is ok
